Have Chat GPT create personalised quizzes and surveys to learn more about your potential customers, generate new leads, and improve your overall business strategy.

Welcome to this module. This is for quizzes and surveys. Let’s talk a little bit about quizzes and surveys and why they’re useful for you. First of all, they’re really good for engaging with your website’s visitors. When you’ve got some form of interaction with a visitor that’s interesting to them, it starts to build that connection. And as you can see here, quizzes and surveys increase the likelihood of visitors spending more time on your site. That’s the other thing. While they’re doing something on your site, they’re not pressing the back button and going somewhere else. So it’s definitely a good way to keep them sticking on there. And also, by the way, as a little side note, Google also knows if somebody did a search on Google and then they go to your site, they know how long they’re spending on your website before they go back. And the longer they spend on there, the better your website is in the eyes of Google. Therefore, they’ll rank you higher in the search engines. What they don’t want to see is someone clicking on a result in Google, go into the site and then quickly press him back because it was terrible.

They’ll just move it down. So this is a really good way to get people to stick. Good for getting customer feedback, of course. When you invite customers to take a survey about your product or service, then you’re going to learn so much from them and give them an opportunity to give you such valuable feedback. And they can tell you basically how their experience was dealing with your company. Also, it’s really good for social sharing. If you get one of these viral style quizzes that are really fun and you share it on social media, people do reshare it, reshare it, and then you get yourself a whole ton of fresh leads for nothing. So it’s important to use quizzes and surveys in your business. The other thing that it’s really good at is, of course, the better you know your customer, the better you can then recommend certain products. And there’s actually a whole business been made out of this, which is the Ask method. And I think it’s a chat called Ryan from memory, but he’s built a whole business on teaching people to do quizzes in order to generate leads and segment those leads and then send them relevant information, emails, and marketing and product.

So it really does just stop you from treating everybody as one size fits all who joins your email list and just sending them all the same thing. By segmenting, you’re going to increase your conversion rate, and that means you make more money, and we all like doing that. So the main benefits then, recapped, quizzes and surveys on a business’s website can provide numerous benefits, including increased engagement, improved customer feedback, and more targeted marketing campaigns. That’s your main benefits of using quizzes or surveys. And these are some of the top uses that I found, really. And I’ve used a lot of these different methods myself as well. So we’ve got the first one, obviously, engaging with your website visitors, getting customer feedback, that’s really valuable. You’ll have done loads of surveys or certainly been asked via email after you’ve made a purchase, even from a shop or online, whichever. Sometimes you’ll get an email come through after, say, How was our service? Let us know how we did. And then you click a button, fill out a survey. Usually there’s an incentive as well, such as getting a $25 Amazon vouch or something. Depending on the length and the complexity of the survey and what they want you to answer, sometimes they will literally pay you to do it.

Collecting customer data, so actually just gaining information and knowledge about your customer base. Personalised recommendations, like we just mentioned. By knowing more about your customer, you then know which products will be best suited to them, and hopefully you’ll convert more of them. Social media sharing campaigns and just straight up generating leads. This is a great way to gain new leads by having them complete an interesting quiz or a survey that helps them learn something more about themselves in many cases, then there’s something in it for them, and that’s how you’re going to generate leads. And they’re usually quite good leads because you have so much information about them. It’s good for identifying customer pain points. Again, in a way that you would survey customers, what are you not happy with? Anything they tell you, you can then improve and just make your products and services that much better, all with the help of your customers. You can segment your leads depending on what they’ve selected in the Quizzile survey. Great for satisfaction surveys and also for product research. If you want to produce a new service or a new product, you can mass email your list with a simple survey, asking them the questions that then enable you to create that perfect product to then sell to them.

So that’s another good thing that I’ve done that in the past as well, and it works really, really well. So those are the top uses for quizzes. Now, let me show you some real examples of people who have done this and how chat GPT, of course, can help you. So first of all, I’ve got another spreadsheet for you right here with a ton of really good prompts to help you out to get you started with creating your own custom quizzes and surveys specifically for you and your needs. Here’s one right here, this prompt here. I want to create a fun and engaging quiz for… And then you fill in your brand and your website. Can you please provide some ideas for topics or formats that will capture their attention? Well, let’s take this. Let’s take this prompt right here, just copy it, and let’s go over to chat GPT. We don’t want that, do we? We don’t want to stick in that emoji. I’m not sure it will do an awful lot with that. Let’s try that again. We’ll right click this time. I always like to right click and copy if it doesn’t go through the first time.

There we are. And I’m going to say quiz for my brand or my brand, and then I’m going to put in brackets. I’ll use fast funnels for this. There we go. Web site investors. And now let’s see what it comes up with. I’m using chat GPT 3.5 at the moment. And here we go. And it’s giving me a whole range of topic ideas and formats that are going to create a fun and engaging quiz. So look at this one here. I’m just going to pick one out. Product recommendation quiz. Create a quiz that recommends the best products or services based on a person’s answers. For example, if you sell funnels, which I do, you could create a quiz that recommends the best type of funnel for a person’s business. Well, I know that’s really good way to sell funnel templates because I’ve done that before. You’ll ask them, What do you want to do with your funnel? Do you want to generate leads? Or do you want to sell a product? Or do you want to do some survey? What do you want to gain from it? And then there you go. Trivia quiz. You can create trivia quiz here that relates to your brand’s products or services.

For example, if you sell marketing software, you could create a quiz that tests people’s knowledge of marketing jargon. That’s really good. So I am actually going to take that example. I haven’t done this before, so we just don’t know what’s going to go on. And then I’m going to suggest that it gives me 15 questions and answers that I can use in the quiz. So let’s do that right now. Can you give me 15 questions and the possible answers for the question for number three, the trivia quiz that you suggested? There we go. Question number 3, I’ll just make sure this is all right. Number 3, the trivia, not Twitter, trivia quiz that you suggested. And I think… Actually, I’m going to adjust that prompt slightly and just say, like, four possible answers. What does it say? Create a trivial… Your market is all over your… Create a quiz that tests people’s knowledge of marketing jargon. Let’s say that there’s four answers and give, here we go, give four possible answers for the question. Can you give me 15 questions and give four possible answers for each question? And then I’ll say for number three, the trivial quiz.

That should be okay now. If it’s not, we can always adjust it. Here we go. Brilliant. And it’s doing a great job already. Look at that. What does CRM stand for? That’s customer relationship management. And it’s even given you the correct answer for each one as well. What does CTR stand for? Conversion tracking rate conversion? It is CTR. What is the purpose of A B testing? To optimise website conversion rate. So this would be a really good quiz to create for someone who’s into marketing. You have on your website there, are you a skilled marketer? Find out in this quiz. Take the test. Bang, in they come. And now you get to learn loads about your potential customer because you see how good they are. And then they get to learn something about themselves as well. So it’s a win win. And this is absolutely brilliant. And then it looks like it stopped on there. So of course, anytime chat GPT stops, just press continue and then it should go on because it stopped halfway through question number 12 there. That’s a good one. What is the difference between a blog and a blog? Well, a blog is video, a video blog.

There you go. Finished. Now, what I can also do as well is have it to create a paragraph that someone could read. In fact, probably a headline and a paragraph that would encourage people to take this quiz. So let’s do that right now. Can you create a headline and a tag line that would encourage someone to take this trivia quiz? And here we are. Headlines, test your marketing knowledge. Take our trivia quiz today. And then taglines, put your marketing skills to the test. And then I’ll just put, let me just say, can you create a paragraph under the headline that would give people more information and encourage them to take the test. There we go. And I’ll even spell encourage right. This is sometimes a problem when you speak these things, unless you get it bang on perfect. There you go. And this is what I wanted. So this is me, but you can see now how effective Chat GPT is going to be for creating a quiz specifically for you and your business and your niche. It’s absolutely brilliant. And you’ve got all of these different prompts here. There’s for gathering customer feedback, collecting customer data, personalized recommendations. I’ve done loads and loads of them for you just to make it really quick and easy. And what I’m going to do now is I’m actually going to show you how this would work in reality. So first of all, when it comes to quiz software, you have got quite a few options. We’ve got fast funnels, which will enable you to build your own quiz. And I’ll show you how to do that literally in a moment. Then you’ve got things like Survey monkey, which have been around for a very long time. I think they have a free plan, and then you can pay. I think you have to pay over a certain amount of people from the top of my head. So Survey monkey is one that you can implement this with. Another one is good old type form. Type form is really good.

It gives you all the analytics of how many people have completed the survey, how many people bailed, all of that stuff. And then there’s also another one called score app, which is Daniel Priestly, who’s quite a well known author and marketing books who’s created this, and it’s really good. And with this one, this is score app. I’ll give you a couple of these examples. These are examples of quizzes that they have had people on here. Look at this one, the MS Wellness mentor and coach. Are you ready to have success with MS quiz? Discover where you are with the five key health pillars. So she’s doing a health quiz. This one I found was a YouTube for business quiz. Is your business ready for YouTube? Which I thought was a really good one. And then they’ve detailed there, it’ll take less than five minutes to complete. It’s completely free and you get customized results. And then people will do this, go through the questions and off they go. So there’s some really good ones here. This one here as well. Are you ready to be sober and successful? Take the quiz and then you just fill out your details, which I’ll be a little bit naughty here and just put something in just to get me through this.

And there you go. Do you have a sober friend who you can talk to when you have the desire to drink? Yes, I do. Do you surround yourself with uplifting people? Yes. And then you can go through and do scoring and everything else. So with fast funnels, we can do that no problem. I’m in the builder here for fast funnels. You can just click Add Block. I’m just going to put an empty block. And then I’ve got a nice space there for my quiz. And I’ve just copied the widget that we use to just drop a quiz or a survey in. And there you go like that. So we’ve got our quiz now, and then we can change all of the settings. We can make sure that we get an email as soon as somebody fills it out. We can just show a progress bar like that, and we can give them the option to auto progress. So as soon as they’ve selected something, then move on to the next one. And then the best thing, of course, is that we get to select where those leads go, and they can go straight into an email list and then into an automated email sequence as well.

So we can do so much with it. And we can also require them to double opt in to if we really want to make sure that they’re not just giving you a duddy email and you’re not really going to get any benefit from it. In terms of results and things, we can redirect them to a specific page based on the score they received in the quiz. So if they scored a really bad number, we can send them to one page, and if they did really well, we can send them to another. That’s really good. But the most important thing is that you can adjust the quiz entirely. So step one, which is the first set of questions and answers is here, we can just edit the fields like this. So this is running, swimming, reading, or dancing. Well, let’s just change that to break dancing. There we go. And there you go. You can see it’s just changed right there to break dancing. So it’s super easy to change and then go and add in new steps. We can just click like that and then edit the field and we can start adding in all of the questions for that particular one.

And once you’re done, you gain that new lead with the new knowledge that you have of what they selected throughout the quiz. And then hopefully then you’re able to better sell them a product or service based on the answers to this. So that’s with fast funnels, which is my platform. Pricing wise, you can have this system on the one funnel plan, which is literally just $17 a month. So it’s very cheap and you can have a funnel and then start collecting leads through a quiz or a survey. So there we are then. That is this module using ChatGBT to help you with this very powerful marketing method of using quizzes and surveys, and then also not just marketing, but also to collect information and data and opinions of your customers.
