Slide Presentations & Webinars
Create powerful slide presentations for all kinds of uses, from education to webinars, with the help of Chat GPT.
Now, creating a full slide presentation or webinar can be quite a big job and take you a lot of time. So thankfully, Chat GPT can be used to really help with that whole process. Let’s run through a couple of things that it can do for you. So first of all, content development, obviously. It can help brainstorm ideas for a presentation as well. If you give it the goal that you want to achieve with the presentation, also who the target market is as well. It can really write the content geared specifically towards that person. And literally, it can also create the content for you slide by slide. And we’re going to do this in a moment, so don’t worry. Storytelling and engagement. Now, I’m not particularly the best storyteller, but we already know that ChatGBT is excellent at doing this stuff. And what it can also help you to do is to connect with your audience on a emotional level and not just facts and figures, which is a really good thing to build that connection and then obviously, hopefully, sell more of your product. The other thing that it can do that I really like is it can use analogies and anecdotes and stories to help enhance that whole presentation.
Things which, again, I personally find a little bit difficult. I’m a Fax figures data type person, so I can struggle with doing that. But chat GPT, although it doesn’t have any emotions, it’s certainly read an awful lot of content, and so it understands how to convey that and to connect with the person you want to. The other thing it can do is perhaps less important now with all of the software that’s available to create slides. And I’m going to show you some other options to rapidly create slide presentations using AI, but it can also help you with image selection by describing those images. At the time of doing this video, that’s all it can do. I’m very sure, though, in future additions of GPT, it’ll suggest an image or create the image using stable diffusion or something, and then it will be just done for you. And then it can choose fonts just as it could with web design. It can say, well, if you use this font and this font together, it will look really nice, or this color scheme. So feel free to ask chat GPT anything you want to know, really, when it comes to doing slide presentations.
Now, I’ve collected up a really good list here of prompts that you can use in ChatGBT. In these slides and also for webinars, just here, this is the webinar list of prompts. This is the slide list of prompts. And you can see that what we’ve done is we’ve put in here, like in the brackets, your company, your industry, your niche, your product, and so on. So you can just switch out these placeholders here for your particular product in this case here. And then that will really help you just to put in a really nice, accurate prompt into chat GPT. So I’m going to use this one right here. I’ll have to edit it a little bit, just like I said to you there. And we’ll use it in chat GPT to create a slide presentation. I’m going to use GPT 4 for this example. And let’s just paste this in now. So I’ve put here, I need you to create a slide deck to help me. And then I’m just going to change that over now to help me gain new FastFunnels subscribers. My target audience is, I’m going to say this time, freelance photographers.
And then it says, Can you ask me a series of questions one at a time that would help you create an effective slide deck and wait for my answer before asking the next question? Once finished, then create the output. Also, clearly mark each slide content with slide one, slide two, slide three, slide four, slide five, slide six, slide seven, slide eight, slide nine, slide nine, slide then slide then slide. And then slide two, and describe an image to go with the content you create on each slide. So this should be very interesting. Let’s see what we can do. First question, what are the main benefits of fast funnels for freelance photographers? Okay, let’s put that in now. Fast funnels enables photographers to showcase their photography work and gain new clients. Full stop. It can also allow them to sell prints online with their own e-commerce store. That’s question number one answered. Question number two, what are the key features of fast funnels that make it stand out from other platforms or solutions? Okay, it’s simple to use and it’s also less expensive than some of the other major platforms. There we are. Now let’s ask another one.
Question 3, are there any specific examples of success stories? I’m just going to put not at this time. But one thing I could do at this point is if I did have a testimonial from a photographer is to just copy that, paste it in here, put their name in, and then it can incorporate that into the slides. Next question, what is the pricing structure for fast funnel subscriptions? Are there any discounts or promotions? Let’s just say that we will. We’ll say that, okay, prices for a fast funnel subscription starts from just 53 cents per day. There we go. Question five, is there any integration or partnership with other tools or platforms that freelance photographers commonly use? Let’s just say that we use Zappier. So FastFunnels works with Zappier, and that enables photographers to connect the platform to any other software that also connects with Zappier. Now, they’ve spelt Zappier wrong, so let’s just put that one correct just there. There we go. And let’s put that there like that. Right, that’s that answered. I don’t think it will ask you anymore. There you go. Thank you for providing the information. Here’s the slide deck outline.
So the first slide, I guess this is the title slide. Yes. Grow your photography business with fast funnels and then an image of professional camera on a tripod with a blurry background of a photography studio. Now, you could copy that image description into something like stable diffusion midjourneyand have it create that as well. And in fact, some of the systems that I’m going to show you after this will do that for you too. Now, slide number two, showcase your work and gain new clients. Effortlessly showcase your photography and attract new clients with our easy to use platform. And then it’s got the image description as a collage of stunning photography work representing various photography niches. Good mark like wedding photography, portrait photography, landscape photography, all of this stuff. Sell prints online. Affordable and simple solution. Seamless integration. Get started today. And there you are. It’s now generated a pretty good little presentation for us. And then we can literally just take one of these text here, go over to something like Google Slides, whoops, and then you can paste it in. Now, usually when you copy and paste anything from here. If I just copy that again, I just want to make sure I have got that.
There we go. If I copy that in, usually anytime you copy any text in, it comes out terrible like this. Now you can reformat it, but another little trick, if you don’t want to have to do that, is just to go to your browser and literally just paste it in at the top as if you’re typing in a web address, then copy that and go back to it. And then it should come out like that, which is a lot better. There you go. And then you can start building out your slide deck exactly in the way that it says. So that’s just one prompt that I’ve used there. And you can ask it to do things like extend that or to increase the amount of text and go into more detail if you want to because these are all fairly short. They’re almost the presentation where you just have one title and a picture and then you do all the talking. But if you want specifically to have bullet points and everything, we can ask it to do that, to set out maybe three bullet points per slide for the content as well. So there’s lots of different things that we can do with it.
And there we are. So these are all of the different prompts that I’ve got set up for you. Again, there is a link underneath this video for you to be able to access this sheet in the usual way as we have with all of our other sheets too. Other different platforms that could maybe speed up the production of your slide decks are these. Beautiful is what I’m using right now, and I’ve used this for three years to sell tons of different products online successfully. It’s really quick and easy to use. I really do quite like Beautiful. It’s a little buggy now and again, but 90 % of the time it is perfect and it works really well. I can’t tell you how many slide decks I’ve created with Beautiful. Canva has just announced, of course, their AI features, and now they have AI text writers. They can design all of your slides. And I would say that they’re almost on par with Beautiful in terms of being able to create slide decks and presentations very quickly and easily. And the chances are that if you’re a regular online marketer of any sort, you’ve probably got a Canva account, and it’s super cheap.
Even if you want to upgrade and have all of the features and the images and everything else, it’s so cheap. In all honesty, it’s probably the best value software online for what you can do with it. And that’s saying something, so very good bit of kit. Then you’ve got Tome. I’ve tried Tome and I’ll show you it right now. Let’s go to Tome AI Slides. That should get me it there. There we go. It’s at beta. Tome. App, as you saw on the previous slide there. And what it does is it basically allows you to use text to then just generate a whole slide deck. And then it will do a slide deck just like this. Like, if you were to just say, build me a slide deck that would encourage photographers to join my platform, whatever, it would just quickly just produce this entire slide deck with images. The images would be generated, I believe, by stable diffusion. But I don’t know. I personally don’t rate it that much at the moment, I think, because it’s trying to create the whole presentation from scratch and it has very limited information when you actually put it in.
It’s not brilliant yet, but it certainly probably will be over time of more and more people using it and obviously AI as a whole getting better and better. So it’s worth a little look. It’s free to give it a try. So try that out at beta. Tom. App. But for a more reliable solution, I’d say Beautiful. And then if you’re familiar and happy at using Canva, give that a try as well. So that’s pretty much it. That is just a sample of really of all of the things that you can do using Chat GPT to help you create slides and presentations. Go ahead and try some of those prompts out and see how you get on. All right, I’ll see you in the next training.
