Social Media
Learn how Chat GPT can create a wealth of highly engaging social media posts for all of the platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, in minutes.
Social media. So of course, one of the main benefits of using Chat GPT is its ability to create social media posts, something that would used to take us an awful lot of time, not only actually creating the content, but coming up with the ideas for what to post out there that’s going to resonate with your audience and get you clicks through to your business. So what we’re going to do now is just go through some of the main things to do with Chat GPT and how it can help you and things to remember. So the first thing we’re going to talk about is the basics of using it. Don’t forget to give ChatGPT the good things that it needs to be able to create that content for you. Products and service details, desired tone and style. And remember that we have all of these that we can use here, these tones and styles when you’re actually doing this. But also your target audience, it just helps it nail down that messaging so that when your people look through Facebook and they see it, they know that it’s talking to them, and that’s what you want to do.
Ask for variations. This is a good tip, really, because sometimes we’ll get it to create a social media post and we’re not happy, and then we have to say why we’re not happy, and then it gives another one and so on. It’s better, in fact, just to ask for a variation in the beginning and ask for, say, three variations so that you can just go, Yeah, that one’s perfect. Just a bit faster. It’s a way to work quicker with Chat GPT. So I think that covers that. Then use chat GPT for ideas as well. So you don’t have to sit here and think, Right, I’m going to promote my product today, so I’ll get it to create a post about that. You can use it to just come up with the ideas full stop, then use its idea to then go ahead and create the prompt. So that’s a good way of doing things. I’m going to show you in this whole training video how I’ve been using this to start generating hundreds of clicks through to my products and services and do so for free with just free social media and using ChatGBT to create all of this content.
I’m also going to show you the platform that I’ve been using. You may have your own favorite like Hootsuite or something like that, maybe even Canva, because you can post directly from Canva now. So that doesn’t matter what platform you use to actually post the content. I think it’s buffer is another one, isn’t it? But I’ll show you the one that I’ve been using and it’s a complete bargain. So if you like a bargain and you don’t like monthly fees, you’re going to love this one. All right, so let’s look at the best type of content for each of the platforms and then we will start using ChatGBT to create some content. Let’s just try it out. So the best content for LinkedIn, even, is professionally relevant, informative, engaging, showcasing your expertise while providing value to your network. So as we all know, it’s more of a formal business network than the others. So it requires a different type of content, a different tone. And that’s, again, where perhaps using these writing tones can come in. And something like a formal tone might be better for posting content on LinkedIn. It all depends on your company, really, and your brand.
So the best content for LinkedIn. These are some examples for you, and I’m going to give you some more information about each of these in the spreadsheet. But industry news and trends, very popular on LinkedIn. Thought leadership, demonstrating that you are a leader in your niche. Professional achievements, people love that. Company updates, new team members, this thing. Inspirational stories and quotes. Educational content, that’s always very good because it’s not about selling as such. It’s all about educating your potential customer who then sees you as an expert because of the content that you’re distributing here is educational for them. Networking opportunities, job postings, of course, if you’re looking to expand, and then personal and professional development and engaging questions and polls. So that covers LinkedIn. Now, as I say, I’ve gone through them because there’s no point me going into detail at every single one of those. What I’ve done is on this spreadsheet right here, I’ve given you the best content types, which I’ve just gone through there, then also some extra information about that particular type of content. And then underneath as well, I’ve given you a series of prompts, some example prompts specifically for that particular network.
And in this case, it’s linked in. So moving on now then, Facebook. Let’s look at the best content for Facebook. It’s visually appealing, shareable and engaging. Foster an interaction while delivering value and showcasing your brand personality. I couldn’t have put that better myself. This is chat GPT’s definition, by the way. I cannot claim this as my own because it is really and concisely put together that exact thing. It’s done a very good job. Slightly different content that you need for Facebook. Product or service announcements, that’s fine. Special offers and promotions. You don’t tend to find this on LinkedIn so much. Behind the scenes content, slightly less formal things, pictures of you in your office, that stuff that you wouldn’t necessarily be putting on to LinkedIn. Customer stories and testimonials, that’s always good because, again, without you saying, Hey, we’re great. It’s much better to have a customer do that. And then that creates a lot more trust. Educational content is always good on every single network. Polls, questions, industry news and trends, events and webinars. A lot of people will promote their events and webinars on Facebook. I myself have been doing that for years. Community involvement and shareable content.
So that really covers, again, Facebook. You will find another tab on the spreadsheet, again, with all of those content types and all of those example prompts. And just whilst we’re in the middle of all this, let’s go over now. I’m going to use this example prompt, and this is one of the ones that you may have seen in another video. I really like using Chat GPT to basically ask me the questions that it needs to ask to produce the best content. So we’ll just paste in this prompt right here that you have access to. And I need help writing a social media post for. And in this instance, I am going to put Facebook. And then it’s going to be to promote my… And then it’s obviously your brand or your or whatever else. So I’m just going to put in my SaaS called Fast Funnels, which is a website builder, we’ll put that. Can you ask me a series of questions one at a time that would help you to create the perfect post and wait for my answer before asking the next question. Once finished, create the output. So let’s see what it comes up with there.
Now, I’m using the chat GP 3.5, but there are now, now that we’re doing this training, literally yesterday came out chat GPT 4. So you can choose which one of these that you want. I don’t think it makes an awful lot of sense to use the legacy version anymore at all because the fast version is better anyway, the 3.5 default. And then if you are happy with it not going out so fast, then the GPT 4 is the best option at the moment. So why don’t we just use GPT 4? You get this with the plus version of ChatGBT, but I don’t want you to worry if you don’t have the plus version because you can just use the default version anyway. So I’m just going to pick GTP 4 and let’s see what it does. Always a bit nervous when I use ChatGBT version 4 because I haven’t used it much yet, so I want to see how good it is. So what’s the primary target audience for fast funnels? Okay, I’m just going to put coaches and consultants. Let’s see what else we got here. Great. Next question. What are the key features of fast funnels you’d like to highlight in the post?
An easy to use drag and drop editor to build sales funnels and websites. That’s the key feature I want to get across. Thank you. Now, are there any special offers, discounts, or promotions currently available? No, there isn’t. But what I will do is… No, but there is a 14 day free trial. Next up, thanks for the information. What is a primary pain point that it solves? I’m going to say a lack of technical knowledge on how to create websites and a shortness of time. That will do. Great. Finally, do you have any customer testimonies or stories that you’d like to include in this post? I don’t at the moment, so I’ll just say no, not at the moment. And here we go. So now it’s going to give me that first draft of the Facebook posts, and it’s using emojis within it. I didn’t ask it to, but that is how I like it. I do think using emojis in social media, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, I think they’re ideal, really. That is what it’s all about. So this is fairly short. I wonder if it will give us some hashtags as well. Let’s see.
So click the link below. So there’s the call to action, which is great, even points down to it. And then it says, feel free. So I’m okay with all of that. That looks really good, except for the fact it doesn’t have hashtags. So at this point, I would just ask it to give me some. Can you provide five relevant hashtags to go with that post? And then it will just whip those out. So there you go. That’s one way that you can create a post that’s super relevant. It asks you all the questions and then it helps you to get it right. And there you are. It’s got sales funnels, coaching tools, coaching, consulting success. Really good. So let’s get back over now then to the slides. And the next one, of course, is Instagram, another hugely popular network. You might have your favourite out of all of these, the one that you have got the biggest audience on. The best Instagram content, eye catching, simple, relatable, showing your brand’s personality while connecting with your followers. And then this is the content that Instagram loves. High quality photos. And of course, it started life off as just photos, really, didn’t it?
Amazing pictures of you on the beach and stuff. And then gradually evolved and evolved into more of a business use platform as well. And it’s selfie central, isn’t it? So behind the scenes content is good. It’s more of an informal network, I would say, perhaps more so even than Facebook. User generated content, inspirational quotes or tips, tutorials or demonstrations are good. I’m subscribed personally to lots of these short videos of cooking. I love seeing people. I don’t do any because I never got any time for it. But I do enjoy watching people take six ingredients and then just whip it in the pan and in two minutes you’ve got this amazing meal. So it’s really good for that. And of course, chat GPT can help you create the scripts and things for those videos. And we are going to be covering that in the video section, a dedicated section and training just on creating videos. And by that, I mean, literally, we will go through, use software and create the videos. Testimonials and success stories, great to share those as well. Seasonal or themed content, collaborations or partnerships, contests and give away. They’re really popular on Instagram and great way to get shares as well.
Company milestones and updates. And so they too are all on here as well, along with a series of example prompts there. And you can just take any one of these. So look at this one. This is a great example here. Create a festive and engaging caption for a post celebrating, and then you will just be able to replace this bit here with Christmas incorporating, and then your product or service and resonating with our audience. And then you can also describe your audience as well. So this will save you a lot of time. There’s a load of prompts right here. So hopefully you’re enjoying the training so far. If you are, then please do let me know in the comments underneath. It just helps me understand if I’m on the right track with this stuff. Twitter. So the best Twitter content. And there is a lot of people who love using Twitter. It’s not a network that I personally have embraced too well, but I know there’s some huge fans of Twitter, and rightfully so. So obviously it’s a lot more concise. The content needs to be engaging, timely, very timely. Things move quick on Twitter.
If there’s any dramatic event or anything, it is like the first network to start talking about it. And also to spark conversations while showcasing your brand’s personality and value. So yeah, starting conversations on Twitter is great. I think I recently had one of my tweets get a heck of a lot of tweets, a lot of clicks and a lot of clicks and a lot of views, and that has never happened to me before. So it’s opened my eyes up to the possibilities of Twitter as a network. So some ideas here for the best types of content for Twitter. News and updates, tips and advice, because it’s all got to be fairly short anyway, as you know. Obviously, you can post images and even videos with it too, but questions and polls go down really well on Twitter. Shareable content, retweets and curated content. Of course, you don’t always have to come up with your own ideas. You can simply retweet somebody else’s brilliant post and then they’re getting a benefit and you’re getting a benefit. Behind the scenes glimpses, customer testimonials. Again, I do this quite frequently. News and trends, promotions and deals, I do that as well.
And then engaging with your community, i. E. Getting involved in conversations that are on Twitter. And those are right here, all of those things that I’ve just suggested, along with a more detailed explanation of each. And then some example prompts for you as well. So here’s one, write a concise tweet announcing a new product or feature for, and then put your business in there, highlighting the key benefits and enticing our followers to learn more. So you will just obviously change what you need to in there, and then that will be it. So very good at creating tweets. And then we’ve got another one here, suggest a valuable piece of content from an industry leader or influencer, along with a brief commentary that we can retweet to our followers. These are very good. Create a tweet discussing a recent industry news item, and then you could always put a link to that and then have it checked out over. Craft a tweet promoting a special offer or discount. So these are all things that you can do to use Twitter with a chat GPT, and it does it really well. And what you can also do, once you’ve created a post for one particular network, you can ask it to convert that into another to say if you start on a new chat every single time.
Remember that chat GPT is remembering the whole conversation. So if you start a new one, you’ve got to educate it again, in effect. So I’m just going to say now, can you turn that Facebook post into a Twitter post? And let’s see what we can do with that. Here we go. Here’s a Twitter post adapted from the Facebook. Coach and consultant struggling to create websites and sales funnels due to a lack of tech or time skills. Meet fast funnels. And I would imagine it would dramatically shorten it. And there we go. We’ve got our hashtags, which are even more important on Twitter than anywhere else. And it knows the character limit is 280 characters, so it’s making sure… Now, once you’ve added in your link there, you might want to check and make sure that it is okay still within that limit. And to be honest with you, with Twitter, I don’t think there’s any point in using the emojis either. I probably wouldn’t bother. I don’t see emojis used personally as much on Twitter. So you can recycle your initial post. And again, we could ask it to do the same for LinkedIn. So can you please rewrite the Facebook post into a more formal toned post for LinkedIn?
Let’s see if it’s got that. Here we go. Here’s a LinkedIn post draft with a more formal tone to promote fast funnels. Yeah. So you can tell straight away the language that it’s using is definitely a little bit more formal. It’s calmed down a little bit, I would say, from the real outgoing positive stuff of the others. Attention coaches and consultants, are you experiencing difficulties in creating professional websites and sales funnels due to a lack of technical expertise or limited time? Allow us to introduce fast funnels. Sorry, not face funnels. That’s not the one. So it is definitely adjusted that according to what I’ve said there. So very good at doing that. So let’s just whip back over to here and then we’ll just cover the final one of these networks, which is, of course, TikTok, hugely popular. I have not personally got onto this network yet. I will be having my content repurposed and put out onto TikTok because it is a beast, an absolute animal when it comes to views. I’ve had friends put out content which is ridiculous and get three quarters of a million views in just a few days. So it is a powerhouse.
It’s got to be used right. But I am very much looking forward to distributing some of my content out onto TikTok. So the best content, short, entertaining, visually engaging, are leveraging trends, definitely, and challenges while showcasing your brand’s unique voice and style. So it is a little bit more tricky, I feel, to create that content. But you do have chat GPT to help you. So here’s the best stuff that it’s recommending. Short tutorials or demos, definitely. That is another thing. A little bit like I was saying to you with Instagram, where I see people doing cooking and they’re able to just show you an entire recipe, a meal cooked within seconds. This is all about TikTok. Tiktok probably invented that stuff. Behind the scenes content, trends and challenges as we’ve discussed. User generated content like recycling other people’s stuff. Storytelling, educational content, entertaining content. Again, that is a bedrock of TikTok. I think it was all about the dancing and stuff in the beginning, wasn’t it? All the dancing and everybody joining in. That’s really what kicked TikTok off. Testimonials and success stories. Good to put those back out there. And exclusive offers and promotions.
It is, again, very good for promotions and people sharing that promotion and generating a lot of free traffic for you. If we go over to our sheet, there it is. We’ve got everything here for you as well. A greater explanation of each thing, and some really good scripts here that you can generate from these prompts, such as, Write a concise script for a short tutorial or demonstration of insert your product, highlighting its key features and benefits in an engaging way. This is gold. If you type that in onto chat GPT, it’s going to return you the perfect thing to say about your product that’s going to be ideal for TikTok. So it’s really good. Now then, that really covers all of those networks, the major networks there, and how you can use them. But now I want to show you this in real life and how I’ve been doing this now for quite some time. So I’m in a program or software here called Socia Moneos. And obviously, like I said, you may well have your own, and that’s absolutely fine. It’s nice to use something you’re familiar and comfortable with. But you might want to consider this and this is the reason.
I don’t know if this is still going to be live when you watch this training, but Socia Moneos is on app Sumo for the grand price of $69 lifetime. Now, there’s various different plans. I’m not quite sure the difference. You’d have to read through here. This will probably do most people, a single one. But what I love about this is the fact that you can just enter in all of your content right here. You can pick your networks, and there’s a lot of them. You know, Pinterest. There’s also TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, everything, and it will just blast out your content probably created via chat GP across all of those networks. And the other good thing is that you can choose to repost. So let me just go to my Canva account. I’m going to download this one here. So I’ll just go to Download, and then we’ll just pick page two. And I’m just going to download this particular image. I’m going to do it as a PNG, which is best. And I usually do my social media posts in a square format because then it just keeps all of them happy. And then I will go over to Sociimonials and I just click Upload image, and then it will just put it in there like that.
Then I will go to ChatGBT, and then I’ll go up to my Facebook post. I’ll grab that, and then we can go back to Sociamonials, paste in the content. Let’s just put in a link to FastFunnels, which will be, let’s just say, fastfunnels. Com forward stroke register, like that. And now, if we just look on the right hand side, we’ll also pick… Let’s just go to FastFunnels Network. We don’t want to post it to me. Let’s get rid of that. And pick all of the right ones. I’ve got both my brands in here, so we’ll make sure we pick the right brands. You can have multiple different companies in here. So that’s all going to be going to FastFunnels accounts now. And there they all are. Now, as you can see for Twitter, this is too long. So I can either go over now to here and then just pick out the tweet that it wrote for me, which would be just down the bottom here. And I can copy that and paste it in. Or I can just shorten the one that I have here inside this box. So I literally, I just go and get rid of some of the content like that until I reach the amount of characters that it’s okay for.
So I’m just going to delete that first bit there. There we go. And that’s it. So we’ve got all of those right now. And then what you can do is also repost it. And I think this is a great thing to do. It saves you having to do this every single time. You can just say to repost it every 90 days, and then you can do each piece of content that you add. If you’re doing some daily, you can add some content daily for, say, a month and just repost it and recycle it. So you don’t have to keep producing content, even though we can do it super quick now with Chat GPT. So now that we’ve got this content right here, I literally will just click Publish Now, and I’m happy with everything that’s there, so I’ll literally do that. And then we’ll let it do its thing. It literally takes, I would say, 20, 30 seconds. It will post that out. And then we can have a look at all of our statistics as well. I’m not sure if I can do that right now whilst it is posting, but it will. Yeah, no, we won’t do that because it will stop it from posting.
But it doesn’t take very long anyway. But for 60 seconds, 9 US dollars, which is what this cost, it’s fantastic. And now it powers, along with chat GPT, all of my channels, and it’s generating quite a lot of clicks from organic traffic, which is what we want you to do with your business to use this course and Chat GPT to help you get more and more traffic. So whilst that is just doing its thing, I think what I might do is open up Sociimonials in another window. There we go. And it does lots of other things as well. I think you can do contests with it. It’s even got an AI writer built in as well. Although I do prefer to use Chat GPT separately, it just feels better than when it’s built in, but you can see it just there. It says AI writer, so it will help you write content right here if you want to do that. But if we go to the calendar, you can see all of the content that you’ve got lined up there. There’s a lot and we can do it by week or month. So for this upcoming month of March, look at all this content that’s been created with the help of Chat GP to generate lots of free traffic.
And this will also report the traffic for you as well. So you can see likes, engagements, clicks. If you add the conversion code from SocioMonials to your Thank You page of any websites that you have that sell products that you’re sending traffic to. It’ll also report conversions as well. I haven’t done that. But look at some of these here. This particular post generated 136 clicks, and that was to promote a YouTube video. This one here was like 54 likes. And so it does a great job of just getting you free traffic and engagement. 676 clicks for free from social media in the last 30 days. Now, if you were to pay for those clicks on, say, Google AdWords or Facebook even, you could be looking at a minimum of a dollar per click, an absolute minimum. So this is a real money saver as well. Now, let’s just nip back over to here. There we are. So that has now finished its posting and we can go to Fast files and we can view the post on any one of these platforms just by clicking on it. So we’ll do that right now. And there it is.
Look at that. One high quality post, ready to go with a link that people can click on that drives them straight to my registration page and then gets me a free trial. So there you are. That is social media training with ChatGBT. I hope you found it useful. And as I say, if you did, then please let me know in the contact page
