AI Certified offers a 30-day refund period for individual course purchases.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. The request must identify the purchaser’s account email and the course or order. This policy applies to the one-time course price and does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
Email support@mail.allaboutwebservices.com within the 30-day period with the subject “AI Certified refund request.” Include the account email and course name. Do not email payment credentials.
After approval
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Course access is revoked when the purchase is refunded. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
After 30 days
Purchases are non-refundable after 30 calendar days except where required by law or where we determine that an exceptional service issue justifies a refund.
