These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of AI Certified courses and services. AI Certified is a division of All About Web Services.com Inc. By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using the learning portal, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Course access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to provide access to another person.
Purchases and access
Each course is sold for a one-time price displayed in United States dollars (USD), plus any applicable taxes. A completed purchase provides the purchaser permanent access to that course for as long as AI Certified continues to operate and offer the course, subject to these Terms. We may update, reorganize, or replace course materials over time.
30-day refund policy
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and access to the refunded course is revoked. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use course materials for your personal learning and internal professional development. You may not copy, publish, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the site, courses, assessments, or services. You must not use the services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or privacy-invasive activity.
AI training limitations
Course content is educational and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, accounting, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. AI systems can produce inaccurate or inappropriate output. You remain responsible for reviewing output, protecting confidential information, following applicable law and workplace policies, and applying human judgment.
Intellectual property
The site, course materials, designs, videos, exercises, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to All About Web Services.com Inc. Your purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
Third-party services
Payments and parts of the service may be provided by third parties, including SureCart and PayPal. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and without warranties not expressly stated here. All About Web Services.com Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability relating to a course will not exceed the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, account sharing, unlawful conduct, security threats, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
